I often see movies where people exchanged money in different currencies, saying the dollar for the book ..?
And always appeared in the film of what they are doing is illegal and have not yet figured out.So. .. Is it legal or not, if not legal why is not the Forex?
This does not is strictly illegal. Some countries have exchange controls and exchange money without a license or other than the official exchange rate is illegal. Most countries, including all major economies are floating, the exchange rate free market, so what we have been limited in the 1970s is well now.
